Said Hilmy, PhD, SE, LEED AP, Principal, Senior Structural Engineer <br />With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Hilmy has managed and performed design, <br />assessment, peer review and evaluation services for roofing projects, buildings and <br />structures. <br />Dr. Hilmy experience includes engineering design experience for the Sanitation District <br />of Orange County, the Orange County Water District (including analysis and upgrade of <br />the district headquarters building), Miscellaneous work at Metropolitan Water District, <br />County of Los Angeles, Inland Empire Utility Agency, Robert A. Weese Water Filtration <br />Plant, and the San Luis Rey Wastewater Treatment Plant, among others. Dr. Hilmy was <br />also the project manager responsible for the structural design of repairs of the Sand <br />Canyon Dam Spillway and the Shady Canyon Sewer, in the City of Irvine. <br />In Addition to Water and Sewer structures, Dr. Hilmy designed numerous industrial and facility buildings.
