<br />and new residential developments. Geologic hazards present in the Rancho Mission Viejo vicinity include landsliding, global and
<br />surficial slope stability, liquefaction and related hazards, and settlement.
<br />City of Yorba Linda, As -Needed Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing/Inspection Services: Principal -in -Charge
<br />providing oversight for as -needed geotechnical engineering and construction observation, materials testing and inspection
<br />services in support of various City capital improvement projects.
<br />John Wayne Airport, On -Call Geotechnical/Materials Testing and Construction Inspection Services, Orange County,
<br />California: Principal -in -Charge retained to provide principal oversight for the on -call geotechnical, materials testing and inspection
<br />services for various airport projects located at the John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California. Responsibilities included
<br />oversight, review and ensuring Ninyo & Moore's services were being performed in accordance with the contract documents and
<br />to the complete satisfaction of the client.
<br />As -Needed Geotechnical Plan Review Services, Diamond Bar, California: Served as Principal -in -Charge providing third -party
<br />geotechnical consulting and plan review services associated with the proposed construction of residential and school projects
<br />located in the City of Diamond Bar. Services included project coordination with the City of Diamond Bar Public Works Department
<br />as well as the geotechnical engineer of record for each project, a review of several geotechnical design reports, periodic site visits
<br />during construction, review of as -built geotechnical reports for the projects, and client consultations.
<br />City of Santa Monica On -Call Geotechnical Consulting: Currently serving as Principal -in -Charge for the City of Santa Monica's
<br />on -call geotechnical consulting contract for an initial term of three years, with two options for renewal of one year each to be
<br />exercised at the City's sale discretion. Services include plan check services for geotechnical related submittals, including review
<br />of geotechnical engineering reports, and the geotechnical engineering related items associated with plan submittals.
<br />City of Fontana, On -Call Testing and Inspection Services; Fontana, California: Project Manager retained to provide construction
<br />and inspection services for various projects for the City of Fontana including sewer construction, channel improvements, roadway
<br />rehabilitation and construction, new building construction, surface drainage evaluations, and third party geotechnical reviews.
<br />City of Los Angeles, On -Call Geotechnical and Environmental Consulting Services: Principal Engineer for the on -call
<br />geotechnical and environmental services contract with the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering, Geotechnical Division.
<br />Our services include geotechnical design, environmental hazardous materials evaluation, and geotechnical construction support
<br />services.
<br />Port of Long Beach, On -Call Geotechnical Professional Services, Long Beach, California: Principal -in -Charge retained to
<br />provide Geotechnical Engineering Professional Services for development, expansion and/or improvements of general marine
<br />terminal, infrastructure, and other Port -related facilities on an on -call basis. Services will include geotechnical investigations,
<br />collection and analysis of soil samples, collection and review of geological and geotechnical data from previous investigations,
<br />seismic hazard reviews, engineering analysis and design, permitting support and construction support services, subsurface utility
<br />investigations, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) pavement investigations and design, and laboratory testing services. Projects
<br />include 3rd party geotechnical review services for the Tesoro Facility Soil Improvement Project at Berths B84-685, Pier J Berths
<br />245-247 Crane Rail Upgrade project, and the Fireboat Station 20 Facility project at Pier D, Berth 50 in Long Beach, California.
<br />Our services have also included attending meetings at the Port of Long Beach to present review comments in a meeting format
<br />to POLB personnel.
