<br />In her 29 years of serving water districts, municipalities, and purveyors, Amy Czajkowski, PE, CCM, QSD/P,
<br />has gained recognition for system planning, design engineering, and construction management of public
<br />water and wastewater infrastructure projects. She is recognized for her project management, thorough
<br />design review and plan checking, and ability to work with a variety of contractors and permit applicants.
<br />An additional specialty of hers is stormwater management, which includes design services, assisting with
<br />permitting compliance, and performing inspection for effectiveness of BMP systems during construction.
<br />She has conducted master plans forwater and sewer services, assessed impact fees, and developed capital
<br />improvement programs to ensure adequate service. She has managed onsite capital improvement projects
<br />and served as extension of staff acting on behalf of the client.
<br />Amy's engineering design experience includes pump and lift stations, conveyance systems, reservoir
<br />storage, and treatment facilities. Her onsite construction experience, combined with her extensive
<br />research of material and equipment performance allows her to avoid constructability problems and reduce
<br />costs. In addition to being a Certified Construction Manager, Amy is both a certified QSD and QSP giving
<br />her the experience and flexibility to make changes in the field and ensure the project -specific or overall
<br />plans, such as SUSUMPs, HMPs, etc., are effectively implemented. Regardless of the size or complexity
<br />of the project, she focuses on complete and accurate engineering, as well as understanding her clients'
<br />needs.
<br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
<br />Near -Term Water Supply and CIP, Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District, Lake Elsinore,
<br />CA. Program Manager for more than 40 CIP construction management and design projects ranging in
<br />construction value from $300,000 to $10 million. The CIP execution rate was over 90%and all projects
<br />were completed on time and with an overall 2%change order rate. Responsibilities included project
<br />budgeting; preparation of requests for proposals; preparation of reports for internal District committees,
<br />and the District council; oral presentations at committee, commission, and Council meetings; and
<br />management of emergency situations.
<br />Flagler Wells Pipeline Conversion, Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District, Lake Elsinore, CA.
<br />Rehabilitation of 2 groundwater wells (combined yield 1,200 gpm), construction of new pump station,
<br />20-inch steel pipeline, and connection into a 42-inch CMLC.
<br />Engineering Services for the Program/Project Management of Capital Improvement Plan,
<br />Long Beach Water Department (LBWD), Long Beach, CA. Program Manager responsible for
<br />delivering engineering services for the program and project management of the CIP for LEWD. LEWD is
<br />undertaking an aggressive CIP program that ranges from new well water supply projects to sewer pipeline
<br />and lateral replacements. LEWD anticipates a CIP budget for Fiscal Year2022 of $40 million. This is a large
<br />influx of projects over short period of time. Ardurra will execute the individual CIP projects and assist in
<br />the overall CIP Program goals.
