Program Manager responsible for providing <br />program management support for the District that involved leading <br />projects, managing, and prioritizing projects within the CIP program <br />in order to improve the District's execution rate for the fiscal year. <br />Responsible for ensuring that all grant compliance and monitoring <br />functions are completed for the District from the following programs: <br />Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), Drinking Water State <br />Revolving Fund (DWSRF), California Green Project Reserve funded <br />projects, Bureau of Reclamation projects, and the Department of Water <br />Resources. Additionally, ensured that all quarterly and grant reporting <br />requirements are submitted on time and with exceptional detail and <br />information. <br />Stormwater Management, Various Projects, San Diego County, <br />CA. Project Manager during the planning, design, and construction <br />implementation phases of various projects throughout San Diego <br />County. Managed all aspects of stormwater design services and <br />compliance with stormwater related permits and programs, and <br />provides consulting to municipalities on compliance issues related to <br />stormwater permits and water quality issues. The following is a brief list <br />of her stormwater management experience: <br />• Legally Responsible Party (LRP) for the City of Oceanside Water <br />Utilities Department <br />• Design manager for the S11 Pump Station Design -Build including <br />stormwater management design to ensure flows did not enter <br />the San Luis Rey River <br />• City of San Diego Miramar Clearwell Drainage and Stormwater <br />Management —Assisted in the completion of the SUSUMP and <br />design of the HMP facilities <br />• City of Oceanside — Analysis of RWQCB Order No. 119-2013-0001 <br />and the cost and compliance effort. In addition, an analysis of <br />groundwater discharges and fire flow discharges as co-permittee <br />were analyzed. <br />• Analysis of overall monitoring plan equipment needed to monitor <br />construction for all City CIP projects including pipelines, grading, <br />groundwater wells, and other miscellaneous municipal projects <br />Downtown Water and Sewer Pipelines Replacement, City of <br />Oceanside, CA. Replacement of 12,000 linear feet of 8-inch water <br />pipeline and 9,000 linear feet of 8-inch sewer pipelines. <br />Margaret H Chandler Water Reclamation Plant Third Party <br />Construction Management and Inspection Services, San <br />Bernardino Municipal Water Department. Principal/Resident <br />Engineer support for this multi -project contract to support the Digester <br />Gas Beneficial Use Program. <br />Mesa Garrison Emergency Sewer Repair Design -Build, City <br />of Oceanside, CA. Construction Manager/Project Manager for the <br />emergency repair of the collapsed 24-inch gravity sewer, which carries <br />15%of the City's raw sewage. Developed an emergency method to <br />stop the spill, stabilize the sewer, and subsequently repair this critical <br />piece of infrastructure. Project involved the reconstruction and/or <br />replacement of 2,000 LF of sewer. Total project value: $2.5M <br />As -Needed Engineering and Emergency Response Services, <br />Vallecitos Water District, CA. Provided project engineering and <br />management. <br />Regional Water Reclamation Facility Expansion and Upgrade <br />Project, Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District, CA. Provided <br />construction management, inspection, labor compliance, and survey <br />services. <br />AMI Phase II and Phase III Labor Compliance, Elsinore Valley <br />Municipal Water District, CA.
