DocuSign Envelope ID: A8CBD79E-49CB-49A9-BE5B-498A02933D51 -Prepare stormwater mitigation plans, calculations and reports including: Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Document and Preliminary Project Registration Documents (PRD) for filing, Storm Water Management Plan/Low Impact Development (LID) Plan Task X111 - Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) S111 would provide a WQMP via a sub -consultant civil engineer to support project BMPs design and documentation effort. The WQMP guides the planning, implementation, monitoring, and performance of best management practices while meeting requirements of quality control measures. Task XIII - Sample Deliverables • LID BMP Feasibility Analysis and determination of WQMP qualifications for project • Sizing of the BMPs required to meet water quality requirements • Conceptual/Preliminary WQMP document • Final Project WQMP documents Task XIV - Quality Control See S111 Quality Assurance Plan Task XV - Bid Advertisement Support After completion of permitting S111 would assist in preparation and assembly of bid package and support City throughout the project advertisement period with the exception of bid negotiations with Contractor and City. Task XV - Sample Deliverables • Prepare final specifications, Project Manual and BID schedule. • Provide contractors with clarification of the construction documents and design intent via RFI or RFC. • Review bid items identified by City and/or Contractor for substitution, additive or deductive alternates. • Issue Construction Change Directives (CCD), Addenda and/or Bulletins with narrative if any changes occur based on bidding. • Attendance at in -person bid walk and pre - construction meeting. ICI' Task XVI - Construction Support We are excited to provide construction support services as a part of seeing a project's design intent carried out from start to finish. Our experienced team members are dedicated to each project for its entirety. Task XVI - Sample Deliverables • Attendance at construction kick-off meeting with City and selected General Contractor for a "page turn" of project documents and review of construction schedule and sequence. • Review RFI's, shop drawings, samples, mock-ups and product submittals for compliance with Plans and specifications. Maintain a RFI and submittal log • Review digital photographs of plant material, size specifications and nursery sources. • Tagging of trees at nursery, as applicable Attend OAC meetings and provide Meeting Minutes and construction progress reports for electronic distribution. • Review contractor requests for change order. • Conduct site observation to review progress of construction and provide report(s) at stages critical to construction. Observation reports are to confirm compliance with plan documents and specifications. • Site observation job walk with Contractor and City representative to generate "punch list" items. • Final site observation job walk with Contractor and City representative for acceptance of work in substantial compliance with plan documents and specifications. Task XVII-As Built Plans Preparation or coordination of final information for project close-out. After receipt of the Contractor's construction drawing "redline" notations and records, prepare as -built drawings where each drawing sheet is prominently noted "RECORD DRAWING" and all as -built changes are clouded with a numbered delta symbol keyed to a numbered delta symbol in the title block revisions column. The AutoCAD layering system used will make it possible to print out a correct, unclouded as -constructed drawing. 19
