The RICK Team's project management and delivery system provides regular communication and quick responses from the Project Manager. This communication results in tighter control of the project budget and schedule, and facilitates communication with our client and project stakeholders. Our process enables us to fully achieve project objectives, satisfy client requirements and fulfill client expectations. Key elements of our project delivery process are outlined below. Our detailed workplan, created by the Project Manager, Joe Hammond, PE, QSD/P, will consist of individual project tasks and other data sufficient to outline the scope of work and plan for assignment completion. The workplan includes: • Detailed scope of work • List of deliverables • Project schedule • Milestone dates • Task budget The Project Manager will maintain the detailed project schedule through the life of the project. Specialty Subconsultants Our Project Manager will be the primary contact with all team members. The Project Manager will: a Chairscheduled meetings Project Communications will include preparing and distributing: Meeting agendas Meeting minutes Technical memoranda Status reports and updates ® Confirmation of verbal requests Our Team is committed to delivering projects that are successful technically and meet budget expectations. The Project Manager will continuously monitor the activities of the project team, tracking actual progress versus budgeted costs. When deviations occur, the Project Manager will take immediate corrective action. To facilitate this effort, RICK uses Deltek Advantage to track expenditures, including both labor and direct costs, on a weekly and long-term basis. RICK maintains a robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program based on proven practices and years of experience. Key quality controls include: • Our Project Manager will distribute the QA/ QC workplan to all Team Members • The Project Manager will check all deliverables • QNQC milestones will be incorporated into the final project schedule RICK often partners with a team of subconsultants when there is a need for specialty disciplines that our team does not provide in-house. If task orders require such specialties, RICK will propose teaming with specialized subconsultants for services such as structural engineering, Right -of -Way Acquisition Services, Electrical Engineering, etc. We will obtain final approval from City staff before engaging with any additional subconsultant not listed on our organizational chart.
