Clean Outdoor Benches, Bollards and Light Poles <br /> <br />Benches, bollards, and light poles will be cleaned by the litter maintenance crew during their route(s). All <br />waste, posters, flyers, and decals will be removed. Benches, bollards, and light poles will be properly <br />cleaned daily. <br /> <br />5. Clean Parklets <br /> <br />One DTSA Services porter is assigned to clean the seven DTSA parklets starting at 7 am daily. The porter will <br />remove all litter and waste. Light power washing and repairs will be conducted on an as needed basis by a DTSA <br />Services manager. All materials will be provided. <br /> <br />6. Clean Alleys <br /> <br />One of the litter maintenance porters is in charge of cleaning the alleys. All alleys are cleaned three times <br />daily, and, on several occasions, they are cleaned more than three times per day. All alleys will be cleared <br />of trash, waste, shopping carts, pallets, leaves, and excrement. <br /> <br />7. Clean Bus Stops <br /> <br />The litter maintenance porters will complement the cleaning of the bus stops during their regular route(s). <br /> <br />8. Street Closures <br /> <br />The DTSA Services manager will meet with the event organizer three months prior to the date of the event <br />to provide support and review the event area. The DTSA Services manager will create a Traffic Control <br />Plan for the event to be reviewed and stamped by a traffic control engineer. DTSA Services will provide <br />street closure services for up to six City approved events. DTSA Services will setup the following <br />equipment: <br /> <br />● K-rails <br />● K-rails will be filled up with water <br />● Pedestrian steel barricades <br />● Street closure signs <br />● Traffic cones <br />● A-frames <br /> <br />DTSA Services will ensure safe street closures and will follow the event’s Traffic Control Plan. DTSA <br />Services will have streets closed in a safe manner by 6 am and will start removal of equipment once all <br />event vendors have left the area, usually between midnight and 1 am. DTSA Services will also ensure noise <br />levels are maintained at a minimum during setup and removal of equipment. <br /> <br />9. Power Wash <br /> <br />DTSA Services will provide power wash services in Downtown Santa Ana every day of the week. Power <br />washing in Downtown Santa Ana will take place daily from 4 am to 10 am. Power wash will leave <br />sidewalks, bus stops, and alleys free from stains and loose, embedded materials including chewing gum, <br />debris, dirt, grime, oil, urine, and other fluids. Power wash in residential areas will take place starting at 8 <br />am. DTSA Services will follow all power wash industry standards. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 2
