<br />2. Scope of Services and Schedule <br />TASK 6. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />6.1 90% PS+E SUBMITTAL <br />Based on the City’s Comments and the Field Walk to review the Revised Design Development plan (30% <br />Drawings), the PlaceWorks team will develop the 90% PS+E submittal for the project. The preliminary <br />list and count of the construction document sheet set is anticipated to include approximately 30 to 35 <br />sheets listed in Table 1. The cost estimate will be <br />developed using the City’s preferred schedule-of-values format or other bid-form-ready template. <br />PlaceWorks will also develop a 3d rendering of the proposed improvements as part of this submittal, but <br />it will not be included in the draft plans. <br />6.2 CITY STAFF MEETING #5: 90% PS+E AND CONSTRUCTABLITY REVIEW <br />Following a four-week review period, City staff will provide PlaceWorks with one set of marked up plans <br />and specifications. PlaceWorks will meet with City staff to review comments on the 90% set, clarify <br />any questions that may arise, and address constructability. The project team will conduct a site walk to <br />address any remaining issues. <br />6.3 100% PS+E SUBMITTAL <br />Based on City review comments, the PlaceWorks team will revise the 90% submittal and refine it to <br />100% <br />PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES | PLACEWORKS 2-5
