<br />Mr. Kent Kreeger has over 25 years of direct QA Management experience
<br />providing inspection and engineering support of projects both domestic and
<br />overseas. Mr. Kreeger's direct experience in the Hydroelectric, Power
<br />Generation, Petrochemical and Water Industry providing engineering support in
<br />all aspects of rotating and stationary equipment operation and reliability. Has a
<br />proven track record managing domestic and overseas fabrication inspection
<br />assignments. Provides technical support to difficult fabrication and construction
<br />problems. Provides Start up support and failure analysis services.
<br />Areas of expertise include inspection of mechanical equipment, welded
<br />structures, pressure vessels, fiberglass reinforced tanks and pipe, large diameter
<br />water pipe, fabricated valves, and engineered equipment. Experienced in the
<br />fabrication and testing and start-up support of hydroelectric power generation
<br />equipment, rotating equipment including pumps, motors, steam and gas turbines,
<br />compressors and generators. Provides failure analysis support and solutions to
<br />difficult performance problems with mechanical systems.
<br />Knowledgeable and experienced in functional testing, debugging, start-up and
<br />commissioning of systems related to water treatment, water distribution, large
<br />pumping stations, electrical equipment, components and instrumentation,
<br />SCADA, and other equipment and systems.
<br />Supported the fabrication inspection of switchgear, transformers, MCCS, control
<br />systems and PLCS; extensive experience in FRP fabrication and testing of
<br />filament wound tanks and pipe, and hand laid up assemblies; has inspected the
<br />application of all types of coating systems used in industrial applications.
<br />Successfully directed international based inspections in the following countries;
<br />Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Korea, Japan, England, Scotland, France, Germany,
<br />Spain, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Austria, Indonesia, and India. Projects
<br />included large diameter valves, pumps and hydraulic turbine generators, forgings
<br />and welded structures, pressure vessels, and mechanical assemblies.
<br />Project Experience
<br />Mid -Basin Injection: Centennial Park Project; Santa Ana, CA; Orange
<br />County Water District (Duration: 07/17 — 03/20; Value: $29.5 million) —The
<br />Mid -Basin Injection project consisted of the construction of the following: four
<br />groundwater injection wells in below grade vaults; two (2) monitoring wells; a
<br />purified recycled water injection supply pipeline approximately 5,700 feet long
<br />that connects to the District's existing Groundwater Replenishment System
<br />(GWRS) pipeline and crosses the Santa Ana River; a backflush discharge
<br />pipeline approximately 4,200 feet long that discharges to the Greenville -Banning
<br />Channel and Centennial Park Lake; installation of submersible pumps within the
<br />four injection wells; replacement of approximately 9.6 acres of paving within the
<br />Park; demolishing an existing City of Santa Ana restroom facility; and
<br />constructing two new buildings.
