Santa Ana Building <br />Healthy Communities <br />(SABHC) <br />Continue to support the SABHC initiatives <br />by attending meetings and working to <br />achieve mutual goals. Work with SABHC <br />leaders and other stakeholders to forge a <br />comprehensive health agenda for the <br />General Plan update. <br />Ongoing The City continues to support SABHC and has worked to provide access to land for <br />initiating programs that support Community Land Trust (CLT) model organized by <br />THRIVE Santa Ana in collaboration with SABHC. As Santa Ana's neighborhoods begin to <br />reconvene during the pandemic, efforts will be made to connect SABHC and THRIVE <br />Santa Ana with neighborhoods to help strengthen awarness and engagement. SABHC <br />was an active participant in the development of the draft General Plan Update, providing <br />specific policy and action language that was included. Health is one of the core values in <br />the plan and is present in all elements and sections of the plan.
