2 1 FIRM AND PERSONNEL EXPERIENCE <br />Project Profiles <br />POMONA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />Education - Pomona, CA <br />Envise's relationship with Pomona Unified School District (PUSD) began in 2014 with a <br />preliminary discussion on how to approach the District's issues with their existing HVAC <br />systems. The District had over 11800 AC units ranging from package units, water source <br />heat pumps, VAV, small central plants, boilers and an array of different control systems <br />throughout 39 sites. <br />After discussions, a decision was made to resolve the District's HVAC issues through a multi- <br />step, phased, approach meant to minimize campus disruption and maximize funding <br />incentives. This District entered into a three-year HVAC Optimization Maintenance Program <br />with Envise. In addition, we successfully implemented a three year training program for technical training as well as <br />department cultural training throughout the District. <br />KEY STAFF: Craig Gonzalez - responsible for estimation and overall approach to the maintenance program. <br />Greg Gonta - responsible for overseeing service technicians performing service and providing planning support <br />throughout program. <br />Aubrey Leyva - responsible for managing incentives through third party <br />CONTACT: Ed Cunningham, Construction Manager <br />3400 Inland Empire Blvd #205, Ontario, CA 1 909-476-3567 <br />DATES: 2015-2018 <br />TOTAL COSTS: $3M for three-year agreement <br />MATTEL INC. <br />'��;�■���•.........••• <br />Manufacturing - El Segundo, CA <br />�����,��"•� <br />Envise has been working closely with Mattel since 2001. The manufacturing campus <br />��;������, <br />r•`r�;� <br />includes office, drafting and design space, fabrication, a parking garage, and stage <br />�•;::;:;.; ; <br />production areas. Envise developed and implemented an equipment replacement plan <br />*`;::'••�••:: "`'� ' ' <br />that involved commissioning and building management system integration for three <br />buildings on the campus within a condensed time frame. The maintenance program <br />started in 2004 and currently includes two days a week for a technician to be on -site <br />providing repair and facility support. <br />Being a log time partner has allowed Envise to create a strong understanding of the needs of the company and <br />it's facilities. When performing projects throughout the campus, Envise chooses equipment with maintenance and <br />serviceability in mind, ensuring energy savings, equipment reliability, and lower operating and maintaining equipment <br />costs.
