2 1 FIRM AND PERSONNEL EXPERIENCE
Project Profiles
POMONA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
Education - Pomona, CA
Envise's relationship with Pomona Unified School District (PUSD) began in 2014 with a
preliminary discussion on how to approach the District's issues with their existing HVAC
systems. The District had over 11800 AC units ranging from package units, water source
heat pumps, VAV, small central plants, boilers and an array of different control systems
throughout 39 sites.
After discussions, a decision was made to resolve the District's HVAC issues through a multi-
step, phased, approach meant to minimize campus disruption and maximize funding
incentives. This District entered into a three-year HVAC Optimization Maintenance Program
with Envise. In addition, we successfully implemented a three year training program for technical training as well as
department cultural training throughout the District.
KEY STAFF: Craig Gonzalez - responsible for estimation and overall approach to the maintenance program.
Greg Gonta - responsible for overseeing service technicians performing service and providing planning support
throughout program.
Aubrey Leyva - responsible for managing incentives through third party
CONTACT: Ed Cunningham, Construction Manager
3400 Inland Empire Blvd #205, Ontario, CA 1 909-476-3567
DATES: 2015-2018
TOTAL COSTS: $3M for three-year agreement
MATTEL INC.
';■•.........•••
Manufacturing - El Segundo, CA
,"•
Envise has been working closely with Mattel since 2001. Envise developed and implemented an equipment replacement plan
*`;::'••••:: "`' ' '
that involved commissioning and building management system integration for three
buildings on the campus within a condensed time frame. The maintenance program
started in 2004 and currently includes two days a week for a technician to be on -site
providing repair and facility support.
Being a log time partner has allowed Envise to create a strong understanding of the needs of the company and
it's facilities. When performing projects throughout the campus, Envise chooses equipment with maintenance and
serviceability in mind, ensuring energy savings, equipment reliability, and lower operating and maintaining equipment
costs. By focusing on the long term, Envise has been able to maintain a trusted customer relationship and service
Mattel through the ongoing preventive maintenance program.
KEY STAFF: Craig Gonzalez - responsible for estimation and management of entire service team
Kevin Marlin- responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance throughout the facility as well as being another
"employee' for Mattel to augment their facility needs
Aubrey Leyva - responsible for overall account management to ensure we continue to deliver what we promise and
ensure that costs proper costs are accounted for each year
Amy Shanahan - Dispatcher for all service calls and manages service schedule with Kevin
CONTACT: George Konovolav, Director, Engineering Et Maintenance - Global Facilities
333 Continental Blvd, El Segundo, CA 1310.469.4843
DATES: Various; Current maintenance term goes through 12/31/20 before renewing on 1/1/21
TOTAL COSTS: Various; Current maintenance cost is $155k
Envise Proposal for City of Santa Ana - Facility HVAC Service, Maintenance and Repairs 14
