Chapter 4 Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />Table <br />Impacts <br />4-2 Mitigation Monitoring Program for the First and <br />MitigationMeasures <br />Cabrillo Towers <br />MonitoringParry <br />Project <br />ImplementingParry <br />MitigationTiming <br />quality. <br />Environmental Engineer, shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br />review and approval. <br />(a) ASWPPP shall be prepared and updated as needed during the course of <br />construction to satisfy the requirements of each phase ofthe development. <br />The plan shall incorporate all necessary Best Management Practices (BMPs) <br />and other City requirements to eliminate polluted mnoffuntil all construction <br />workfor the project is completed. The SWPPP shall include treatment and <br />disposal ofall dewatering operation flows, and for nuisance flows during <br />construction. <br />(b) AWQMP shall be prepared, maintained, and updated as needed to satisfy the <br />requirements ofthe adopted NPDES program. The plan shall incorporate <br />water quality measures for all improved phases ofthe project. <br />(c) Location ofthe BMPs shall not be within the public right-of-way. <br />Project -Specific Mitigation Measures: <br />No additional mitigation is required. <br />Impact 4.7-4: Development of the <br />Applicable Overlay Zone Mitigation Measures from: <br />proposed project could alter the <br />MM-0Z4.7-2 Prior to issuance of grading permits, the project applicant shall <br />Public Woks <br />Project Applicant <br />Prior to Issuance of <br />existing drainage pattern and <br />submit a Hydrology and Hydraulic Study to the Public Works Department for <br />Grading Permits <br />potentially result in increased <br />review and approval.
