4.11.4 Any new information of substantial importance that demonstrates that the Project <br />would result in new significant impacts or substantial increase in the severity of significant <br />impacts? <br />There is no new information of substantial importance which has become available relative to land <br />use that would result in new or more severe significant environmental impacts. <br />4.11.5 Mitigation Measures Addressing Impacts <br />None required. <br />4.11.6 Conclusion <br />Based on the above, no new significant land use impacts or a substantial increase in previously <br />identified land use impacts would occur as a result of the Project.
