<br />Management
<br />The project provided an artificial turf
<br />soccer field with an integrated high
<br />pressure cooling system, new portable
<br />goals, new protective netting behind goal,
<br />and new decorative fencing. New ADA
<br />curb ramps, pathways, and parking was
<br />added. Landscaping and site improvements
<br />included trees, sod, irrigation, multiple
<br />retention basins, field drainage network,
<br />decorative etched boulders, sidewalks, parking lot speed bumps, and a new
<br />hydration station. The project also included adding a new City meter, backflow,
<br />and wi-fi landscape irrigation controllers. Anser completed $1.2M under
<br />construction budget and on schedule and coordinated added scope for a new
<br />water meter and backflow assembly.

<br />The new LEED Silver certified North Branch
<br />Library is a state-of-the-art 24,655 square -foot
<br />single -story facility incorporating a historic
<br />tower and associated site work and street
<br />improvements. The new library includes areas
<br />for children, teens and adults, as well as three public community meeting
<br />spaces. Acting as an extension of City staff as the City's project manager, Anser
<br />staff was responsible for the overall successful completion of the project.

<br />The project consists of a minimum 80,000-square-foot, four -story -tall building
<br />that will be built in phases. The first phase consists of the core and shell of the
<br />building with a minimum of 91 at -grade parking stalls, ground floor lobby, EOC,
<br />and new Security Operations Center (SOC) Im-

<br />will include the tenant improvements for

<br />renewable energy consumption, reduce waste, and conserve water.
