Quality Control Plans Prior to beginning major project activities, we will meet with the City and conduct the expectation survey, discussing topics such as quality, safety, scope, schedule, communications, staffing, invoicing, and Project risks. Standard forms Quality Control Tools and Systems The Work Plan will be forwarded to the project team, including the City's team members, and is regularly updated to reflect the status of the Project as it changes. Our team will work to achieve the City's goals, objectives, standards, and requirements. This approach will enable our team to achieve consistent and predictable results, the first time, avoiding costly and time-consuming rework. In addition to planning for quality, this process also assures that we regularly verify that we are following the plan and meeting the City's expectations.
