Task/Deliverable: <br />Communication with City <br />Consult with the City when the contractor <br />requests interpretations of the meaning and <br />intent of the drawings and specifications, and <br />assist in achieving the resolution of problems, <br />which may arise. <br />Understand the contract documents to <br />respond to the contractor's requests for <br />interpretations, prior to construction. <br />Engage the city as needed. <br />16.Task/Deliverable: Project <br />Records <br />• Record the progress of the project. Submit <br />written daily and progress reports to the City. <br />• Keep daily logs containing a record of weather, <br />contractor's work on the site, number of <br />workers and equipment, work accomplished, <br />problems encountered, and other relevant <br />data. <br />• Make the log available to the City. Prepare and <br />send Weekly Statement of Working Days to <br />the contractor. <br />• Monitor contractor's compliance with labor <br />code requirements. <br />• Project Records will be completed in a timely <br />manner and independently reviewed for <br />accuracy. Facts and data, not opinions will be <br />included in documents. <br />17.Task/Deliverable: As Built Plans <br />• Maintain, in Procore, records of contract <br />documents including drawings, addenda, <br />change orders, and other modifications of <br />plans and specifications marked to show all <br />changes made during construction. <br />• Ensure contractor maintain as -built drawings <br />and upload onto Procore on a monthly basis. <br />• At the completion of the project, Consultant <br />shall deliver to the City all contract documents <br />in a folder filing system provided by the City. <br />• Ensure that the City's as-builts include <br />RFIs, shop drawing revisions, change order <br />modifications, etc. and are updated weekly. <br />• The as-builts will be submitted to the City and <br />the Design Engineer at the completion of the <br />project. <br />18.Task/Deliverable: City's Final <br />Inspection <br />• Evaluate the completion of the work of the <br />contractor and make recommendations to the <br />City when work is ready for final inspection. <br />Assist the City in conducting final inspections. <br />• Ensure work is completed in accordance with <br />the contract documents. Prepare a punch list <br />and clear list before City's final inspection. <br />19.Task/Deliverable: Agencies Final <br />Inspection <br />• Facilitate and coordinate inspection by <br />representatives of other agencies. <br />• Ensure work is completed in accordance with <br />the contract documents. <br />• Prepare a punch list and clear list before <br />City's final inspection. <br />20.Task/Deliverable: Testing <br />• Consultant shall hire subconsultant, or shall <br />perform the work in-house, to provide special <br />inspection and testing services. <br />• The Consultant shall determine the Materials <br />Testing & Special Inspection services as <br />required by the applicable guidelines. <br />• Special inspection services may be subject to <br />CWA. <br />• All material test results will be in accordance <br />with the Contractual Documents and test <br />methods.
