Removed fence panels <br /> around shield box. Removed top plate to <br /> access shield. Used hydro-vac truck to <br /> remove sludge and water in order to remove <br /> blind screw plug. Re-checked diameter of <br /> pipe, length, and O.D. of pipe stub out of 1 LS 12,116.35 12,116.35 <br /> vault. Re-checked traffic control, sandbags, <br /> signs, tarp and spoil piles. Took down lane <br /> closure. Re-plated shield box and placed <br /> fence around. Plugged pipe. Started demo <br /> but was shut down due to possible <br /> reengineering.
