In Re Drainage,Private Property,Broadway to Birch In Re Test Fire Boxes In Re Resolution No.562 Paving East Fourth St. In Re State Highwsy Appr ov ed, City of Santa Aha was read and was on motion duly seconded and carried, ordered referred to City AttOrney Heathman City gngineer Finley and Trustees Mclrnee and Alderman. # On motion of McPhee, seconded by Greenleaf and carried, it ie ordered that Tr~tees Grubb and Alderman be appoint- ed a committee to investigate and report on a drainage ditch at the corner of First and Bristol. On motion of C~rubb, duly seconded and carried, Trustees Grubb and Alderman are appointed a committee to investigate and report on a ~trainage ditch over private property North of Hickey Street between Broadway and Birch. On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, the Fire 0hief ie instructed to make a teat of all fire alarm boxes. Resolution No.$6S, a Resolution of Intention of the Board of Trustees of the 0ity of Santa Aha to pave the roadway of gast Fourth Street from the gast rail of the main track of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway to the East City limits of the 0ity of Santa Aha, and determining that bonds shall be issued to represent the cost thereof as pro- vided under the bond act approved Frb. SY,1893, was on motion of Grubb, seconded by McPhee, p~ssed and adopted by the following vote to-wit:- Ayes, Trustees, Alderman, MoPhee, ~rubb and gy Noes, Trustee Greenleaf, On motion of Grubb, seconded by Greenleaf and carried, it is ordered that all resolutions adopted by this Board naming any street in the 0ity of Santa Ana, as a ~art of The State Highway, be rescinded.
