In Re <br /> <br />Petition to pave Patton St. <br /> <br />~n Re <br /> <br />Petition to pave Bush St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Demande <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bolwing alley Ordinance <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Gas Ordinance <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Report on Outfall sewer <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />North Main St. bridge <br /> <br />195 <br /> <br />The bids were on motion of Truetee Mo~hee, duly seconied <br />by ~reenleaf and carried, referred to a committee to report <br />Monday May 14th at ?:50 p.m. Pzasident Vleel appointing <br />Trustees ~reenleaf and McPhee and Water Supt. leid a~ <br />such committee. <br /> <br />Upon motion cf Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbe <br />and carried, the petition of property owners to pave <br />Patton St. from H~okeF to the South line of Washington Ave. <br />under Specifications No.~2 was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt and <br />carried, the petition of property ownere fronting cn Bush <br />St. between Washington Ave. and 20th St. to have eald <br />portion of Street paved under Specifications ~O, wasdenied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt and <br />carried, the Olerk was instructed to draw warrants upon <br />the City Treasurer to cover demands NO.16]$ to l$1~,inc. <br />as audited at Finance meeting May 4th. <br /> <br />An Ordinance pertaining to the license and regulation of <br />box ba~ll and bowling alleys and repealing eection 1} of <br />Ordinance No.516 and subdivision "d" of Section ~ cf <br />Ordinance No.~90 was given first reading, and was on motion <br />cf Trustee ~reenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and c~rried, <br />referred to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance amending Ordinance No.~6 pertaining to the <br /> regulation cf plumbing and a~lding a new Section thereto <br /> to be known as Section 1~} and pertaining to the ventila- <br /> tion of gas heaters, was given final reading, and upon <br /> motion of Trustee McPhee, that same be adopted was duly <br /> seconded by Maryatt and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Trueteee Tuhbe, McPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt and Vlsel, <br /> <br />~yes, <br /> <br />Noee, <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Trustees None. <br /> <br />The committee consisting of Trustees McPhee, Greenleaf <br /> <br />&nd Sewer Supt. Reid appointed in reference to needs ~ <br /> <br />an cutfall sewer, recommended that further steps in secur- <br />ing em outfall sewer be postponed indefinitely; this report <br />was adopted on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by <br />Mamyatt and carried, and all proceedings calling a bond <br />election for am outfall sewer was dropped. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by ~reenleaf and <br />carried, City Atty. Scott wa~ instructed to at once write <br />the Pacific Electric Ry. officials in reference to the <br />North Main St. bridge to find out Just what proportion of <br />the cost they are willing to pay for the construction of · <br /> <br /> <br />
