J.C. Metzgar, Secy. of Chamber of Commerce was before the <br /> Board in reference to having the Board co-operate with them <br /> in having a sanitary and fire-preventative Clean Up from <br /> <br /> the 21~t to 2~rd inclusive. On motion of Trustee Maryatt <br /> <br /> duly seconded by Tubba that the request ~e granted and that <br /> <br /> a Committee be appointed to meet with the Chamber of Commerce <br /> Trustees McPhee and Tubbs and Street ~upt. were appointed ae <br /> such committee. <br /> <br /> Trustee Greenleaf, one of the committee appointed in reference <br /> to the request of J.L.Parke, et al, to run a wire across <br /> the street on West 3rd ~t. in the 1100 block for a private <br /> telegraph line reported that on information obtained from the <br /> City Electrician, and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly <br /> seconded by Tubbe, the request was denied. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, the <br /> Board ratifies the appointment ~f Frank Stewart as City <br /> ~otorcycle Officer. <br /> <br /> On mo~ion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbe, the <br /> committee appointed in reference to Myrtle St. opening was <br /> continued. <br /> <br /> <br />
