On motion of Trustee NcPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt, the Clerk ?.E.Ry.Co.N.~ain St.bridge · 191~, to the P.E.Ry. Co. in reference to in the North Main St. bridge. # In Re Garbage contract In Re Deposit of garbage In Re Completion N.Flowcr St. Bridge was instructed to mail a copy of the Resolution adopted Nov.4th their rights and interest On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, by the following vota: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt and Vlsel, Noes Trustees None, President Visel was author- ized to sign the garbage contract with the Los Angeles Rubbish Co. for one year starting Dec. lst,191$, when the cash bond of ~?00 as agreed by the Committee was put up. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee, the Clerk was Oond instructed to deposit the $?00 cash bond put up by the LOS Angeles Rubbish Co. in the Orange Co. Savings and Trust Co. bank. A letter from Edward T.Flaherty, Consulting Engineer, stating that the contractors, Wells & Bressler for the construction of Flower St. bridge had finished their work and had completed the bridge accord- ing to the plsns and specifications. On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, McPhee, Greenleaf, and Visel, Noes, Trustees None, Not voting Trustee Maryatt, the matter was re£erred to a committee of the whole, also Engineers Bonebrake, Flahcrty and SoH.Finley, and the President authorized to employ outside legal advise to investigate the matter thoroughly~ A motion by Trustee Maryatt to adjourn was duly seconded by Tubbs and carried.
