On motion of Trustee McPhee,duly seconded by Maryatt, the voucher from the Home Telephone Co. $209.26, franchise tax for the year Nor.l?, l~16 to Ncv.17th,1917, was accepted, and Clerk instructed to notify them that the franchise tax for the year 191?-lg is now du # On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf, the guarant ~iven Chris McNsill from the Los Angeles Paving Co., for surfacing the North Wain St. Bridge, was ordered filed. In the matter of the So.Cai.Auto Club prescribing a system of Arm $iEnals and asking this Board to adopt an Ordinance to that effect was on motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt,the matter was continued. On motion of Trustee MoPhee, was instructed to notify the duly seconded by Greenleaf, the Clerk Board of Trustees of the City of Fullerton, that this City would have representatives at their meettn of Dso.lOth,in zeference to some co-operative plan o~ sewage dispose On motion of Trustee ~cPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt, the offer of Otto McClure to rent the old dump ~ounde for the coming year for ~lO0.O0 was accepted and the Clerk was instructed to notify him that rent must be paid in mdvance and collect the $~O due for the rental o£ last year. The rental for the 2-acre piece of the old pest house grounds was ze£erred to a committee. Trustees Mc?hoe and Tubbs being appointed as s~oh committee.
