On motion of Trustee McPhee,duly seconded by Greenleaf the Clerk was instructed to read the report on Flower St. bridge matter as eu~mite~ by Attorney Bishop and Engineer S.H.Finley, and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt, the Board as a committee of the whole was continued. On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf Street Supt. O'Brien was instructed to repair the waste water drain on the west side of the North approach to the Main St. Bridge. The motion of Trustee McPnee, that when adjournment be taken, to be a~ 3 p.m. Tuesday, Dec.3,191g, and that all accounts and data be presented for accepting of the North Main St. bridge. This motion was duly seconded by Trustee Meryatt and carried. A mo~ion by Trustee Maryatt to adjourn to 3 p.m. Tuesday Dec. 3rd,191g, in the Council Chamber was duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried. City Hall, Santa lna, Cal. Dec. 3rd, 191g, 3.p.m. McPhee, Visel and the Clerk. E.T.Flaherty be asked and the Clerk instructed to Meeting called to order by President Visel. Present, Trustees ~bbs, Greenleaf,Maryatt, The motion of Trustee Tubbs,that so notify him to file with the final estimate on the North Main St. bridge, detail plan showinE the bridge as it now stands with all modifications from the original plans was duly seconded by Trustee Greenleaf and carried.
