Moved, by Trustee Geo.McPhee, seconded by Trustee John W.Tubbs, and carried upon call of the roll, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,NcPhee, Greenleaf,Maryatt,and Vise~ Noes, Trustees None, it was resolved:- That the bridg, constructed over and across Eantiago Creek on North Main Et. Oity of Eanta Aha, be accepted by the City cf Santa Ana, as a completed structure; that the pay- ment of the balance unpaid under the contract for its construction be deferred for the determination of the amount thereof under final estimates, the contrast, plans, and specifications. Upon motion, o£~True~ee MCPh~e, duly seconded by Greenlea£ and carried, that the Board as a committee of the whole in reference to abandoning that portion of llth Et. east of Spurgeon was continued. The report of Consulting Engineer, E.T.Flaherty on certain facts on the North Flower Et. bridge condition was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt, ordered filed. The report of Engineer ~.H.Finley submitting the apparent defects of the North Flower Et. bridge, was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Oreenleaf accepted, and ordered filed for future reference and the Clerk instructed to furnish the contractors, Wells & Breasler, with a copy of the same, and to notify them that they would be required to complete the North Flower St. bridge according to plane and specifications ae to the report submitted by Engineer Finley. On motion of Trustee McPhee,duly seconded by Maryatt, the matter of opening Myrtle Et. from Flower ~ Shelto: was continued to next meeting of the Board, Monday, Dec.16th for final settlement. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf,duly seconded by Tubbs the manner of depositing city money was referred to a committee, appointed as A motion by seconded by President of ~he Board of Trustees, Trustees Tubbs and Greenleef being such committee.
