R/W <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />East 4th $t.pavcment <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Special police School Janitors <br /> <br />The request of T.J.Neal for permission to cut the curb for <br />a seven foot driveway at 412 E.4th St. was on motion of <br /> <br />Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, referred to <br /> Trustees Greenleaf, Tubbe and Chapman being <br /> such committee. <br /> <br />a committee, <br />appointed as <br /> <br />On motion of <br /> <br /> Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, in the future contractors must file with the City <br />Clerk a duplicate of the contract for paving before circu- <br />lating a petition to pave a street. <br /> <br />On motion of Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried <br />matters pertaining to the P.E.power line on South Main St. <br />were referred to City Attorney Scott to report at next <br />meeting of the Board. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and carried, <br />that a committee be appointed to interview Sha~ & Russell <br />in reference to Chestnut Ave. from Flower to the Poly High <br />School grounds. Trustees Greenleaf, Dale,&Tubbs and Street <br />Supt. Hey were appointed as such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to write the <br />different cities throughout the County in reference to the <br />~otor Vehicle Fines now on deposit with the County Treasurer <br />in order to have a settlement made of the same. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />carrie~, <br />Treasury <br />of State <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of <br /> <br />and carried, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, President Mitchell was authorized to inquire what <br />disposition can be made of the Liberty & Victory loan bonds <br />owned by the City. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman <br /> <br /> the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant on the <br /> for $194.2~, same being for the first installment <br /> & County taxes, on property outside City Limits. <br /> <br />Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Greenleaf, <br />the request of the ~.A.V.I.Co. for a right of <br />way across Santiago Creek near Flower St. bridge for a <br />suspension pipe line across said Creek was granted, provided <br />that the City is released from any liability for the e a me. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman <br />and carried, action in reference to East ~th St. pavement <br />was deferred to next regular meeting of the Board. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, the request of the City school Board to have all <br /> <br /> <br />
