Trustees Greenleaf, Dale,&Tubbs and Street Supt. Hey were appointed as such committee. Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Greenleaf, the request of the ~.A.V.I.Co. for a right of way across Santiago Creek near Flower St. bridge for a suspension pipe line across said Creek was granted, provided that the City is released from any liability for the e a me.
