On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by Chap~n and carried, requ~s~ of Southern Counties Gas Company with reference ~nst~l]ation of 16" andS" gas mains from to Minnie Str~ets was referred to e Co~ittee: ~ustees Purinton, Chapman ,nd Collier and Street Su~rintendent Neff were appointed ,s such Co~ittee. On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by Collier and carried, pe~i~s~on was granted for tb~ ~losi~g of Street from Syc,wore to Broadway during hours of world~ ser~es ball ~ames. Mr. ~bbs advised Mr. ~enton, representing property owners des!r~n~ to be annexed to tbs C~ty, that c~piling of necessary d~ta by the various City Departw manta has not been completed but report will be made to the property owners in writing as soon as complete.
