also the improvement of Charlotte Street be- <br /> tween a line drawn parallel to and distant 08 feet Weste~ <br /> ly line of Broadway, and the Westerly line of Broadway, <br /> by the resurfacing thereof with asphaltic concrete pave- <br /> ment, excepting therefrom any of said work already done <br /> to the official grade, and the replacement of Portland <br /> Cement Concrete Curbs, and Portland Cement Concrete Side- <br /> walks, where replacements are necessary. <br /> The improvement of a portion of Roe ~rive by the con- <br /> struction of Portland Cement Concrete Curbs along the <br /> Northerly curb line from the Northeasterly line of the <br /> proposed Santa Ana Boulevard to a point approximately <br /> five (8) feet Easterly therefrom and along the Southerly <br /> curb line from the said Northeasterly line of Santa Ana <br /> Boulevard to a point approximately thirty (30) feet <br /> Easterly therefrom. <br /> The improvement of a portion of Nain Street shall con- <br /> sist of the construction of a concrete pipe storm drain, <br /> together with all necessary appurtenances thereto along <br /> the Westerly side of said street from the Northerly curb <br /> line of Santa Clara Avenue to a point approximately 185 <br /> feet Northerly therefrom, excepting that portion of the <br /> storm drain under the Southern Pacific Rai]noad Company's <br /> tracks. <br /> The improvement of a portion of Chapman Avenue between <br /> the existing Portland Cement Concrete Pavement in said <br /> Chapman Avenue and the Southerly curb line thereof, and <br /> from the Northeasterly line of the proposed Santa Ana <br /> Boulevard to a line drawn at right angles to the center <br /> line of said Chapman Avenue, and distant 1%8.87 feet <br /> Easterly, measured along said center line from the inter- <br /> section of said center line of Chapman Avenue with the <br /> center line of said Santa Ana Boulevard, and shall con- <br /> sist of the grading to a subgrade and the placing thereof <br /> of a Portland Cement Concrete Pavement and the construc- <br /> tion of a Portland Cement Concrete Curb along the Souther. <br /> ly curb line thereof. <br /> That ~e acquisitions necessary for the widening of <br />Flower Street are described as follows, to-wit: <br /> Situated in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, and particularly described as fol- <br />lows, to-wit: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly line of <br />Flower Street with the Southwesterly line of the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad Company's Right of Way;
