Biggs to erect <br />Joint hearing date was set July 1st. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chancy, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the property located at 320 E. Seventeenth Street <br />was o2dered posted for special uses in accordance with <br />the application of Mrs. Helen Balyce to erect a duplex. <br />Joint hearing date was set July 1st. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, secc~ded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, hearings were continued for one week on the r~zon- <br />ing of N. Sycamore Street between Washington and Seven- <br />teenth to Courts and Apartments and territory between <br />Seventeenth, Santa Clara, Lincoln and Mabury Streets <br />from Industrial to Residence Zone. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and cag- <br />fled, the Clerk was instructed to advertise, for bids for <br />bus chassis to be used for garbage truck according to <br />plans and specifications on file in Manager's office. <br /> <br />This being 'the time when interested persons might be <br />heard concerning the report of the Superintendent of <br />Streets covering expenses in connection with clea~ing <br />noxious and dangerous weeds from private property in the <br />City of Santa Ana, and the City Co~mcil being now in <br />regular aession, proceeded to consider protests. No <br />Owne~ of property liable to be assessed for said work <br />made written protest against the work and no person <br />appearing to protest, object or show any cause why the <br />work should not approved, a resolution overruling pro- <br />tests or objections to assessment, approving the report <br />and ordering the Street Superintendent to file a copy <br />thereof with the Tax Collector, was introduced. <br /> <br /> 'The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 2103 ~d passed by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, Homer C. Chaney, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, P. L. Purinton <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees W.J.
