Sycamore Street was accepted as completed and the <br /> <br />Clerk instructed to file Notice of Completion with the <br /> <br />County Recorder. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Mcbride and car- <br />ried, all bids on City Advertising were rejected and the <br />Clerk instructed to re-advertise for bids on Advertising. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the annual report of the City Planning Commission <br />for the fiscal year July 1st, 1928, to July 1st, 1929, <br />was referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the City Council's <br />approval to Map Tract ?AS. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and car- <br /> for bids <br /> <br />tied, the Clerk was instructed <br />nat~ to be built at the Joint <br /> <br />to advertise/for chlori- <br />0u~fall Sewer plant. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the invitation from the Mayor of the City of <br />Anaheim to attend musical progam to be given August 29th, <br />at 7:45 P.M., was accepted and the Clerk instructed to <br />write a letter of thanks and request six tickets. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the application of V. J. Anderson to construct a <br />duplex in the 500 block on S. VanNess Avenue, known as <br />Lot 7 Block 6 Polytechnic Villa Tract, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the application of Perry BAllard to construct an <br />office building and install a 9.0,000 gallon gasoline <br />storage tank at the southwest corner of Sixth and Ha~ley <br />Streets, was granted. <br /> <br /> <br />
