Miller <br /> <br />Boston Hose & ~ubber Co. <br /> <br /> PerFoot <br /> 2~" $1.00 <br />" " ( 1.0§ <br />" " ( 1.00 <br />" " ( .90 <br />" " ( 1.00 <br />" " ( 1.15 <br />" " ( 1.25 <br />" " ( 1.00 <br />" " ' ( 1:~-0 <br />" " ( 1.oo <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, all bids were referred to the Purchasing Agent to <br />check and report back in one week. <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and where interested <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not <br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments <br />for work done and improvement made upon Garfield Street, <br />Sixth Street, Poinsettia Street, Second Street, Fourth <br />Street, Fifth Street, Brown Street, Stafford Street, <br />Vance Street and Wellington Avenue, in accordance with <br />Resolution of Intention No. 2033 and the City Council <br />being now in session, proceeded to hear all protests <br />presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced <br />determining the unpaid assessments fo~ work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, <br />directing bonds~to be issued for the security of the un- <br />paid assessments, prescribing the denominations~of said <br />bonds and providing for the issuance of same in annual <br /> <br />8eries. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered, filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 2119 and passed by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride~ W.J. Kelly, Stanley E. <br /> Goode, F.L.Furinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees Homer C. Chancy. <br /> <br />This being the day and hour set for hearing protests or <br />appeals of any person interested in the work, improvement <br />or assessment made therefo~ for the improvement of <br />Sycamore Street in accordance with Resolution or'Inten- <br />tion No. Z072, and no person appearing to protest or <br />object against the assessment or any other of the pro- <br />ceedings taken, a resolution overruling protests or <br />objections to assessment, appP0ving assessment and order- <br />ing the Street Superintendent to attach warrant and <br /> <br /> <br />
