277 <br /> <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />Regulating Peddlers, etc. <br /> <br />attach warrant and record, was duly introduced, read, <br />considered, designated Resolution No. 2256 and passed by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.$. Kelly, B.0. Sutton, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />An Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 861 regulating <br />peddlers and itinerant reD, lots in the City of Santa Arm, <br />and providing a penalty for the violation thereof." <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and referred back to <br />the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the City Council adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Mayor of the C~y of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />Santa Ana City Hall. <br /> <br />November 17th, 1930. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />City Council met in regular session. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Purinton. <br /> <br />Present: Trustees J.L. Purinton. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Minutes of meetings of November 3rd and <br />10th approved as read. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Masons of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />PetitiOn <br /> <br />Vet. Welfare Board. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Sutton and car- <br />ried, the application of The Masons of Santa Aha for <br />permission to parade from Third and Spurgeon to Fi~th <br />and Sycamore for the laying of the corner stone of their <br />new Temple, December 5th at 2:30 P.M., was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the petition of the Veterans, Welfare Board for <br />the cancellation of certain taxes appearing on tax <br />as a lien against property owned by the Board, was re- <br />ferred to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />
