Eckles. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />Southern Pacific Co. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Assessments in <br />West Orange Road Add~. <br /> <br />289 <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, Lon Morris was appointed Police Officer of the City <br />to take effect December 22nd, 1930. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the Clerk and Mayor were instructed to sign agree- <br />ment with the Union 0il Company covering the construction <br />of an electric sign at the northwest corner of <br /> <br />Street and Broadway extending over the fourteen foot set- <br />back line established along Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the Clerk and Mayor were instructed to sign agree- <br />ment with Roy J. Lyon Tire Service, a Corporation and <br /> <br />J. M. Burlew relative to the construction of an electric <br />sign at the southeast corner of First and Main Streets, <br />which extends over the five foot set-back line establishe~ <br />along Main Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />tiedt applications for electric signs were granted under <br />supervision of the Electrical Inspector at the following <br /> <br />locations: <br /> <br />General Petroleum Corp. <br />Skirvin Tire Co. <br />B. J. MacMullen <br />Abstract & Title Insce.Co. <br />Liggett Radio Shop <br /> <br />104 W. 2nd St. <br />101 N. Sycamore St. <br />120 W. 1st St. <br />416 N. Main St. <br />213 N. Broadway ~ <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Sutton and car- <br />ried, the property at 20~ Cypress Avenue was ordered <br />posted for special uses and the hearing date set December <br />22nd, 1930, in accordance with the application of W. F. <br />Kistinger, M.D. for permission to use his residence for <br />doctor t s office. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the application of C. H.
