296 : <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Warrant for <br /> <br />Richland St. <br /> <br />Opening. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Reso. No. <br /> <br />Ordering Work <br /> <br />Washington & Baker <br /> <br />Sts. <br /> <br />specifications on file in the Water Superintendent's <br />Office. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee NcBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrant in favor <br />of J. N. Backs, County Clerk, in amount of $~881.30 to <br />dover court settlement in connection with the opening of <br />Richland Street, also known as Acquisition and Improve- <br />ment District No. 8. <br /> <br />Th~ being the time and place set forth in Resolution of <br />Intention No. ~28~, to order the work and improvement <br />made in, on and along portions of Washington Avenue and <br />Baker Street, and the City Council being duly convened <br />open session, proceeded to hear and pass upon all pro- <br />tests presented. <br /> <br />No owner or property liable to be assessed for said work <br />made written protest or any protest against the proposed <br />work or against the extent of the district to be assessed <br />therefor and no persons appearing to protest or Object or <br />show any cause why the improvement should not be carried <br />out in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. <br />the City Council deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction <br />to order the proposed improvement. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced ordering the work to be done <br />and improvement made as briefly set out in Resolution of <br />Intention No. BE82. The resolution was ordered filed, <br />read, considered, designated Resolution Ordering Work No <br />22~0 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. NcBride, W.J. Kelly, B.O. Sutton, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Gocde, seconded by Sutton and car- <br /> <br />ried, the City Council adjournedto Monday, December <br />1930, in the Council C.hamber at 7:30 P.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE~ <br /> <br /> <br />
