HasenJaeger, John Knox. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees None~ <br /> <br />Minutes of meetings of June 1st and 8th were <br /> approved as read. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Commmunication <br /> <br />Chief of Police. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />John B~ov~nTabernacle. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Campbellts Food, Ltd. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to write Stanley <br />Reinhaus advising him that his communication relative to <br />enforcement of parking ordinance around the Court House <br />was referred to the Chief of Police and he will use dis- <br />cretion in tagging out of town cars with courtesy cards <br />for first Offences. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the application Carl A.LanSdown, representing <br />the John Brown Tabernacle, for a temporary permit to lo- <br />cate a Tabernacle building on the west side of Broadway <br />between Fairview and Cubbon Streets, meetings to start <br />July 12th and run for three weeks, was granted according <br />to arrangements made. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBrile, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the application of G. B. Darnell and Campbellts <br />Food, Ltd. requesting that the corner ~ Flower and Santa <br />Ana Boulevard be rezoned to permit the erection of a <br />building to be used for the manufacture of breakfast <br />foods, was referred to a co,~nittee. Trustees, HasenJaege <br />McBride and Witmer appointed as the comittee. <br /> <br /> <br />
