On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and carried the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants according to demands audited by the Finance Co~it~ee. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and carried the N~yor and Clerk ware instructed to sign an agreement vzith the Nowbert Protection District granting tho City of Santa Ana a right-of-way,across the Ssnta Aha River at the extension of Fairview Avenue, to the City Dump. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the City Council adjourned to }~onday, October 8th, 19Z~, at 7:~0 P.~I., in the CounCil Chember. Santa Aha City Hall. Absent: Trustees A.F. LeGaye. In Re Request of S.A.Council of forents & Teachers. In i~e Crafts Greater Shows. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the request of ~,~s. W.E.R. Crawford, President Sants Aha Council df Perents and Teachers, for permission to use Bowers I'.Jemorial Museum on FEiday sfternoon and evening, October Z6th, for an e~-~ibit of antiques and relics of early days, was granted. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and carried. the application of the American Legion requesting a permit be issued them free of charge for the purpose of sponsoring Crafts Greater Shows in the City from November l~th to 18th. inclusive, was granted.
