Main Street, was <br />referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The recommendation of the Planning Commission was resd stat. <br />lng that s~ch business could not be conducted in the Neigh- <br />borhood Business Zone and on motion of Trustee Bruns, secoD- <br />dod by Penn and carried, the application of Mrs. Mary Foster <br />was referred to a committee of Trustee Penn and Rowland to <br />investigate and report back. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and carried, <br />t.he application of Mary Ellen Rice for permission to sell <br />jams, jellies and marmalade at her residence, 324 E. Walnut <br />Street, was referred to the Planning CoFamission. The Plan- <br />ning Commission referred the application back without recom- <br />mendation and the Chair appointed Sanitary Inspector Frisby <br />to investigate the application and report back. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the application of Harry W.
