On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and carried, the pro- perty was ordered posted for special uses and the hearing date set for October 15th, in accordance with the applicatio of Doss & Lewis for service station. , Er. Harry C. Fulton appeared before the Council requesting information on the lease on the Joint Outfall Sewer propert~ On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the matter with reference to extended lease on the Joint Outfall Sewer property was referred to the City Engineer, Attorney and Joint Outfall Sewer Board of Directors to Inves tigate and report back. ,, On recommendation of the Chief of Police and on motion of Truste~ Rowland, seconded by Bruns and carried, F. W. Lockhart acting special police officer of the City of Santa Aha, was suspended until further investigation is made of the alleged assault and battery charge in which he is in- volved. An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance relating to and providing for thc levy of a license tax ~zpon and regulating the business of portrait and c~m~ercisl photography, and the canvassing and taking orders for the making, enlarging, copying, and coloring of pictures, framing and photographs within the City of Santa Aha, California, and providing penalties for the violation thereof." was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance Ne.lO03 and passed by the following vote: Trustees F=ed C. Rowland, W.H. Penn, Plummer W. Bruns, E.G. Wsrner. Ayes, Absent, Trieste os None. Trustee A.F. LeGaye. On motion of Trustee Bruns, the City Council adjourned. seconded by Rowlsnd and carried,
