Santa Ana City Ball. November 5th, 1934. ?:30 P.M. City Counoll met in regular session. Meeting called to order by Mayor Warner. Present: Trustees A.F. LeGaye, Fred C. Rowland, W.H. Penn, Pl~u~Aer W. Bruns,' E.G. Warner. Absent: Trustees None. Minutes of meetings of October 15th, 22nd and 29th were approved as read. In Re Oomunication Fred P. Jayne, M~r. PT&WW. In Re S.E.R.A. Band Concerts. In Re Monthly Reports. In Re MOnthly Demands. In Re Communication Frank Lanadown. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and carried, the communication of Fred P. Jayne, Mgr. PT&WW with refer- ence to a proposed project for codifying all city ordinances. the taking of a complete physical inventory of all property owned by each city, etc., was received and filed. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the Orange County S.E.R.A. Band was granted permission to play in Birch Park Sunday afternoons at 2:30 otolock in accordance with the communication of W. W. Wieman, Project Supervis or. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and carried, the monthly report of the City Officers for the month of October,were referred to the Finance Committee. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants according to the demands audited by the Finance Committee. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and carried the cc~--unication of Frank Lansdown suggesting an S.E.R.A. project in connection with the collection, arrangement and cataloging of material for exhibition purposes at the Bower'~ Memorial Museum, was received and filed. , On motion c~ Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and carried, the City Council adjourned.
