Santa Aha City Halle December 3rd, 1934. City Council met in regular session. Meeting called to order by Mayor Warner. Present: Trustees: A.F.LeGaye, P~edzC, :$owland, W.H.Penn ,Plumme~ W. Bruns, E.G.Warner. Absent: Trustees: None: Minutes of meetings of November Sth, 19th and 26th were approved as read. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and carried, application of Community Players Organization Sf Santa Aha requesting use of Bowers Museum for their Christmas Meeting on Thursday evening, December 20th~ was granted. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried application of American Legion Drum Corps, Post #131, for permissic~ to use City Hall Lot at corner of Third and Main Streets, December 8th to 28th, 1934 for the purpose of displaying and selling Christmas trees and wreaths, referred to a committee with power to act. Trustees Rowland and Bruns were appointed on such committee, by Mayor Warner. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried applicati~ of W.J.Rarper to conduct new and used store at 902 East Fourth Street, was referred to Police Commissioner and Chief of Police. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and carried~ application of Delbert Keise~ to manufacture, sell and peddle candy from his home at 1811 Cypress Ave. was denied. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and carried, the application of Ilard Runyon for permission to drive a taxicab for O.N.Williams was referred to the Taxicab Commiss ion. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by RoWland and carried, the monthly reports of the City Officers fol month of November, 19~4, were referred to the Finance Committee. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried the Cl~rk was instructed to draw warrants according to the demands audited by the Finance Co~mittee.
