Bruns, E.G.Warner. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees: None: <br /> <br />Minutes of meetings of November Sth, 19th and <br />26th were approved as read. <br /> <br />In Re <br />Application <br />Co~-m~l~y Players <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />American Legion Post #131 <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />W.J.Harper <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Delbert Keiser <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Ilard Runyon <br /> <br />To I~ive Taxicab' <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Monthly Reports <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Monthly Demands <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and <br />carried, application of Community Players Organization <br />Sf Santa Aha requesting use of Bowers Museum for their <br />Christmas Meeting on Thursday evening, December 20th~ <br />was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried <br />application of American Legion Drum Corps, Post #131, <br />for permissic~ to use City Hall Lot at corner of Third <br />and Main Streets, December 8th to 28th, 1934 for the <br />purpose of displaying and selling Christmas trees and <br />wreaths, referred to a committee with power to act. <br />Trustees Rowland and Bruns were appointed on such <br />committee, by Mayor Warner. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried <br /> applicati~ of W.J.Rarper to conduct new and used store <br /> at 902 East Fourth Street, was referred to Police <br /> Commissioner and Chief of Police. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and <br />carried~ application of Delbert Keise~ to manufacture, <br />sell and peddle candy from his home at 1811 Cypress Ave. <br />was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and <br />carried, the application of Ilard Runyon for permission <br />to drive a taxicab for O.N.Williams was referred to the <br />Taxicab Commiss ion. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by RoWland and <br />carried, the monthly reports of the City Officers fol <br />month of November, 19~4, were referred to the Finance <br />Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried <br />the Cl~rk was instructed to draw warrants according to <br />the demands audited by the Finance Co~mittee. <br /> <br /> <br />
