On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and carried, action on application of ~0/30 Club for permission to install a lawn bowling course, 120'x120' no~th of the Municipal Bowl, under SERA pro~ject, was postponed for one week. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and carried, the request of U.E.Harding for permission to lease and use his property at 711 South Broadway for a physician's office and clini:, waw denied on rec~endation of the Planning Commission. Trustee Penn, as Chairman of investigating -committee in connection with application of Mrs. Myrtle Denner for permission to conduct a materni~;y home at 2415 North Main St, recommended denial of this application. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and carried, recommendations of investigating c~ittee and Planning Ccmmission approved and application denied. On recommendation of the Planning Commission that special use be granted as posted, and on motion of Trustee Rowland, seconded by Penn and carried, application of Seventh Day Adventist Church for a permit to remodel their church at corner of Fifteenth and Sycamore Streets, wss granted. On motion of Trustee Rowland, seconded by Bruns and carried, it was decided to deputize school crossing guards working under S.E.R.A. project, am special police officers, with the that no responsibility is assumed by the City of Santa Aha am to their conduct. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bvuns the follo~ng Resolution was introduced, consider~ and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees: A.F.LeGaye, Fred C. Rowland, W.H.Penn, Plummet W.
