On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the application of the Santora Company to suspend Christmas decorations in front of the Santora Building on Broadway, was granted. In Re Con~nunication George Van Horn. A communication of George VanHorn was read with reference to conditions of cesspools on W. Washington between Artesia and English Streets and on W. Sixth Street beginning at Hawley Street and running westwardly. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the communication of George VanItorn was referred to the Health Department for investiga- tion.
