<br />of Santa Ana, California, dealing in second-hand motor
<br />cycles, Bicycles, junk, diamonds, end all precious stones,
<br />jewelry, silverware, eld gold end silver, clothing, tools,
<br />harness, robes, whips, garden hose, firearms, watches or
<br />musical instruments, or any and ell second-hand article or
<br />articles, to make out and deliver daily to tb~ City Marshal
<br />of the City of Santa Ana, or to his assistants or represen-
<br />tatives s report of all purchases and sales of any such
<br />second-hand articles mado by them within one day next pre-
<br />ceding said report, and repealing all Ordinances or parts
<br />of Ordinances in conflict herewith, and providing penal~ies
<br />for violation thereof".
