<br />harness, robes, whips, garden hose, firearms, watches or
<br />musical instruments, or any and ell second-hand article or
<br />articles, to make out and deliver daily to tb~ City Marshal

<br />tatives s report of all purchases and sales of any such
<br />second-hand articles mado by them within one day next pre-
