On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, a temporary permit for a period of ninety days was granted W.H. Smith to operate his ambulance service at his Sl2 Bush Street. # On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, the report of the committee was received and action approved to enter the NYA Band and a decorated occupied car as entries in the Orange County Armistice Day Parade to be held in Fullerton. # On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, a Resolution accepting a deed from Lyman S. Nelson and Jeannette Nelson, husband and wife, covering a portion of Lot 3 of Tract No. 705, a Resubdivision of North Park Tract, for park purposes, was read, considered, designated Resolu- tion No. 2535 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Rowland. Trustees None. Nose, Absent, # Trustees None. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, the following Resolution entitled: #Resolution concerning Parking Limitations under Ordinance No. 1030# was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2536 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Plummer W. Absent, Trustees None. # The City Attorney approved the pipe line license with the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company covering pipe line on their right of way.. # On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to enter into a private road crossing agreement with the Pacific Electric Railway Company covering private road ~'Qsslng on their right of way located near the Joint Outfall Sewer pumping plant.
