In Re Appointments to Forestry Board. of On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted and the application of Ray B. Hoxsie for a permit to erect a duplex on the south 50 feet of Lot 1 and the east 30 feet of the south 50 feet of Lot 2, Block J of Ross Addition, was denied for the reason that the lot is only 50 feet wide and 80 feet deep. # The motion to post the property described as Lots 18, 19 and 20, Tract 863 for Single Family Residence 'Zone, was on motto: of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, reconsidered. The motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn, to post the above mentioned property was amended by Trustee Bruns, with the consent of Trustee Penn and carried, to include the post- ing of property described am Lot 41 and 42, Tract No. 758 for Single Family Residence Zone and the hearing date set November ist, 1937. On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, ~he application of Emmet C. Rogers to construct a duplex on the south 4~ feet of Lots 41 and A2, Tract No. 758, was granted for special use # On motinn of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, the petition of property owners to have the north side of Santa Ama Boulevard rezoned for business rr0m Main Street to Chapman Avenue, was referred to the Planning-Commission to be considered at the time the Zoning Ordinance is revised. # On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, ~he recommendation of the Chair was approved and George S. Smith was appointed to fill the unexpired term of Dr. C. D. Ball as a member of the Museum Board. # On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruna and carried, the recommendation of the Chair was approved and Edward M. Hall and Mrs. Ruth Forgy were reappointed for the full term as members of the Forestry Board. # On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, the City Council'adjourned. CltyJ Clerk.
