Agreement. <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, <br /> was read and <br /> a Resolution/recommending to the City of Orange/to the other <br /> parties to said Joint Outfall Sewer Agreements, that all <br /> parties immediately endeavor t° further cooperate on a pro- <br /> cedure and plan to continue the maintenance, repair and upkee] <br /> of the Joint 0utfall Sewer for the mutual benefit of all <br /> parties to such agreements and that a meeting be held to dis- <br /> cuss such proposition with the City of Orange, looki~ toward <br /> an abandonment of the offer to withdraw from such agreements. <br /> The resolution was considered, designated Resolution No.2§38 <br /> and passed by the following vote: <br />~-~ Ayes, Trustees W.H.
