<br /> the reports of the Police Department for the montbm of Septem
<br /> bet and October, were received and filed.

<br />On motion of Trustee ~enn, seconded by Bruns and carried,
<br />the report of the acceptance test figures as submitted by the
<br />National Board of Fire Underwriters, for Seagrave Pumper No.
<br />84915, was accepted.

<br /> On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried,
<br /> the following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br /> "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 105~ entitled ~An
<br /> Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana prohibiting the distri-
<br /> bution of handbills, dodgers, circulars, newspapers, book-
<br /> lets, and other printed matter or advertisement in certain
<br /> places: repealing Ordinances in conflict herewith, and
<br /> providing for penalties for violation thereof'"
<br />
<br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on,file for
<br />secon~ reading.

<br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried,
<br />the following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br /> "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, regulating the
<br /> erection, construction, .repair, enlargement, alteration,
<br /> removal, demolition, sanitation and occupancy of all
<br /> buildings and structures in said City, providing for
<br /> permits and penalties thereunder and repealing Ordinance
<br /> No. 1036"
