On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, granting of the minutes of April 19th, 1937, pertaining to the/applica- tion of LeRoy Burns to conduct the business of wholesale electrical store at the southwest corner of First and Ross Streets, to be amended to read "rezoned for business" instead "for special use". On motion of Tr~stee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, the minutes of April l~th, 1937, as amended, were approved. On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending Zoning 0rdin(~nce No. 809 changing the Zone upon that certain real property located at the southwest corner of First Street and Ross Street, from Single Family Residence District to Business District" was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and ~arried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance repealing certain other Ordinances and parts of Ordinances of the City of Santa Ana" Ordinances. was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Tr~stee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 9&~ entitled ~'An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 841 and adding new material relating to the keeping of domestic snimals and fowls'" was introduced, read, second reading. ,!
