On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, the application of Roy Russell for a permit to move a large house from the corner of Flower and Washington Avenue to Lot 13 Tract No. 354, was denied because the House Moving Ordinanc does not permit moving of houses of this size and the area of the lot is too'small for this particular house. # On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, the request of property owners for the placing of ornamental trees according to the established schedule of planting on Heliotrope Drive north from Nineteenth Street, was referred to the Forestry Board with instructions to take immediate action. . On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, the protest of Mrs. E. E. Nichols and others against the condition of lots and sidewalks after cutting of weeds and hay in the area from Maple to Parton Streets and from Delhi Road north, was referred to the Chief of Police with power to act and with instructions to enforce the Ordinance. . On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, the protest of property owners in the vicinity of the E.T.O. Auto Laundry, lO18 W. Fifth Street,to abate the use of oil burning at the auto laundry which creates a soot, was referre to a committee to investigate and report back at the next meeting. Trustees Layton and Penn were appointed as committ. # On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, the application of G. A. Cunningham for permission to condu( a shooting gallery at 42§ W. Fourth Street, was granted sub- ject to the~approval of the Chief of Police and under his instructions. # On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, the applications of electrical contractors for permits to hang electrical signs, were granted under supervision of the Electrical Inspector at the following locations: Ernest F.
