Mosher to sell auto trailers to be displayed in front of his residence, 2005 S. Main Street, was referred to the Planning Commission. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the applications of electrical contractors for permits to hang electrical signs, were granted under supervision of the Electrical Inspector at the Bartelson & Wilson R. Heno Bee's Beauty Box Sayer's Linen Stores S.J. Gish Cafe On motion of Trustee Bruns, following locations: 212 S. Main St. 715 N. Main St. 306 W. 5th St. 210 W. 4th St. 518 E. 4th St. seconded by Layton and carried, the applications of W. B. Smith, Henry L. Hunton, Robert E. Gibson, Chester D. Carlisle and Paul Hill for transfer of permits to drive taxicabs for the Blue Cab Company, were granted on recommendation of the Taxicab Commission. . On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to sign an agreement with Bartelson and Wilson covering the construction of an electric sign at 212 S. Main Street, which extends over the five foot se't-back line established on S. Main Street. # On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, the certified check of the Seagrave Corporation in the of $1155.00 accompanying bid on fire pumping engine, was ordered returned when bond for the same amount is filed to cover. # On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the demand of Earl C. Hall in the amount of $3484.00 for alleged d~mages for personal injuries received in front of premises known as 1026 W. Fourth Street, Santa Ana, was referred to the City Attorney and Street Superintendent. On motion of Trustee Perm, seconded by Bruns and carried, Chas. D. Swanner was reappointed as a member of the Library Board for the full term beginning July 1st, 1937. # On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, the Clerk was instructed to advise Mrs. E. T. O'Mailia, owne~ of auto laundry at lO15 W. Fifth Street, to discontinue or abate 'the use of oil burning at the auto laundry forthwith. The report of the committee on the spplication of Dr. W.A.
