Broadway between F-irst and <br />Tenth Street and the intersection of First and Sycamore <br /> <br />Streets, was held over for two weeks. <br /> <br />I~o written or oral l~rotests having been filed, on motion of <br />Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the following <br />Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution overruling protests or objections to report <br /> of Street Superintendent, approving report, and ordering <br /> a copy thereof filed with the Tax Collector" <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2529 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, W. H. <br /> Penn, Ernest H. Lay~on, Fred C.
